Welcome to Barble (“Barble”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By purchasing from or using our website (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “customer”) and Barble.
1. Products and Orders

All Barble products are made-to-order and produced on demand, meaning production begins once your order is placed.

By placing an order, you authorize us (and our platform provider Shopify) to process your payment immediately.

Prices are displayed in your local currency (or USD/EUR where applicable) and include applicable sales taxes unless otherwise specified.

Duties and import taxes (where applicable) will be shown at checkout or payable upon delivery, depending on your country.
2. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated shipping timelines are provided at checkout but cannot be guaranteed due to carrier delays, customs processing, or events beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or external events (force majeure).

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses; reshipment for incorrect addresses may incur additional fees.
3. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or change of mind (except as required by law).

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 30 days of delivery by providing photo evidence.

Claims for non-delivery must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
EU/EEA Customers (14-Day Withdrawal Right)
If you are a customer in the EU or EEA, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, even for custom-made products.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing at customerservices@barble.co.uk within 14 days of receipt.

You must return the goods at your own expense unless they are defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return.
Australia, New Zealand, and Canada
Consumers in these regions are entitled to remedies under local consumer laws for products that are faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund.
4. Subscriptions (if applicable)
If we offer subscription products or recurring billing:

You will be clearly informed of the billing frequency, total costs, and cancellation terms before subscribing.

5. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, and materials on our website and products remain the property of Barble Ltd or our licensors.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Barble is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or revenues.

Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the Services or purchase of products is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
