Refund policy

At Barble, each product is made on demand, uniquely for you. This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for size, colour, or buyer’s remorse.
However, we value your satisfaction and comply with consumer laws in all the regions we serve. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights.


1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a replacement or refund at no cost within 30 days of delivery.
Please contact us at customerservices@barble.co.uk with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photo evidence of the damage or defect

We’ll resolve your request promptly, either by sending a replacement or processing a refund to your original payment method.


2. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of the expected delivery date, please contact us.
Once we verify the issue, we’ll reship or refund your order.


3. EU Right of Withdrawal (14‑Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are an EU or EEA customer, you have the right under EU law to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, even for custom products.

How to exercise your right:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order (email: customerservices@barble.co.uk).

  • Return the item(s) in their original condition within 14 days after notifying us.

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.


4. Australia, New Zealand, and Canada Consumer Rights

For customers in these countries:

  • You are entitled to remedies under local consumer laws if a product is faulty, not as described, or unfit for purpose.

  • This includes the right to repair, replacement, or refund, even for custom products.


5. Exclusions

  • We cannot accept returns for size, colour, or buyer’s remorse (outside of the EU withdrawal right above).

  • Items returned without prior approval or beyond the stated timeframes will not be refunded.

  • Gift cards and downloadable products are non-refundable.
