Shipping policy

At Barble, each product is created specifically for you when you place your order. This means production begins once your order is placed, and items are made on demand to reduce waste and ensure quality.


1. Order Processing

  • Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships.

  • During peak seasons or sales, production timelines may extend slightly. We’ll notify you if delays are expected.


2. Estimated Shipping Times by Region

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United Kingdom: 3–5 business days

  • United States: 2–5 business days (fulfilled via US-based facilities)

  • Canada: 5–10 business days

  • European Union (EU/EEA): 5–10 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events such as weather, strikes, or customs inspections.


3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.

  • All costs (including taxes and duties, if applicable) will be shown at checkout when possible.

  • For international orders where duties or VAT cannot be calculated upfront, these may be payable upon delivery.


4. Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.


5. Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Barble is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If your order is returned due to an address issue, we will reship it once, free of charge. Subsequent reshipments may incur additional fees.


6. International Shipping

  • Barble ships to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, European Union, Australia, and New Zealand.

  • Shipping to other regions is currently unavailable.

  • For EU orders under €150, VAT will be collected at checkout via the Import One Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme where available, avoiding extra customs fees.


7. Consumer Rights

  • Customers in the EU, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand may be entitled to remedies under local consumer protection laws if products are not delivered, are faulty, or are not as described.
